This project focuses on the combination of 2 cultures; HipHop and Afrobeats while highlighting colors, modern style and typography.

The goal of this flyer is to target both HipHop and Afrobeats audiences, bringing them together for an amazing nightlife experience.

I wanted to get creative with the layout and produce a more interesting visual experience so people take notice of the flyer.

I also wanted people to take a closer look by playing with the background giving it depth and makes for an interesting layout.

Finally I wanted to experiment with colors by using unexpected combinations, inviting the audience to get a second look the the designs.

My vision for this flyer was to create a feeling of relaxation, fresh air, and cocktails with good company.

Therefore, I utilized relevant components, creative style, and disposition. Finally, using the color picker tool to incorporate vibrant yet soft color from the main design into the typography.

Whenever you hear Africa or Afrobeats, you think colorful and energy. In this project, I wanted to trigger that mindset and project a fun, colorful, and elegant design that has an impact of its own.

I keep the main typography to a minimum and space the design elements generously.

Finally, the model helps give the flyer an understated sophistication.
